QI Training Application

Only completed applications that meet all criteria will be evaluated for participation in this program. All applications will be kept confidential with the expectation of review by the instructor and appointed personal at Nestlé Health Science.

Successful Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives have the power to elevate the value of nutrition by demonstrating improvements in patient outcomes that may reduce the clinical and financial risks associated with specific conditions.

Does your Manager/Supervisor support your efforts to lead a QI project?*

Applications will be reviewed by the 4-part webinar course instructor and representatives of Nestlé Health Science Medical Affairs and grants committee. Incomplete applications or applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered by the panel.  

The selected participants will be notified via email. Participants have one week to accept the invitation. If a participant does not accept the invitation within one week, they will be replaced with another applicant.

The evaluation process considers the number of years of clinical experience with enteral nutrition patients and application content.

Selected applicants are required to review and sign a written agreement with Nestlé Health Science.

QI project completion is required no later than December 31, 2023.

All submissions are the property of Nestlé Health Science.  Completed PPT-based QI projects will be posted on the ENact® site under QI Real World Projects section to help educate other healthcare professionals.

Nestlé reserves the right to announce the details of successful grant application(s) on the ENact® website, in presentations, and/or in other public media.

Selected applicants are encouraged to submit an abstract for publication to organizations such as, but not limited to:

  • Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (FNCE)

  • American Society for Nutrition (ASN)

  • American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN)

  • Clinical Nutrition Managers (CNM) Dietetic Practice Group

  • Dietitians in Nutrition Support (DNS) Dietetic Practice Group

  • North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition (NASPGHAN)
