Live rotations will take place at the University of Louisville Hospital and Healthcare System in Louisville, KY from August 21-September 1, 2023, as well as Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN from October 2-13, 2023. Participation in the ASPEN Nutrition Science and Practice Conference will take place in the spring of 2024.
- Publication: Working with their faculty mentors during their clinical training, participants will select a primary nutrition topic that will be developed into a clinical review paper and submitted to a journal for publication.
- Professional Association: Participants who complete their rotations and submit a clinical review paper for publication are sponsored to attend the next scheduled A.S.P.E.N. Nutrition and Practice Conference, where they are typically involved in delivering a professional presentation on a nutrition topic.
