  1. Differentiate between enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) feeding methods, including indications and contraindications.
  2. Explain the potential complications associated with EN and PN and how to mitigate these risks through proper monitoring and management techniques.
  3. Apply evidence-based recommendations when assessing a patient’s medical condition and gastrointestinal function to transition from PN to EN.
