About this Webinar

Objectives:
1.    Identify risk factors for the development of sarcopenia in adults with diabetes and obesity  
2.    Describe the impact of rapid weight loss on lean body mass in adults following current treatment approaches, including diet and exercise, GLP-1 RA therapy and bariatric surgery    
3.    Apply evidence using a case-based approach to develop a plan of care for an adult with diabetes and/or obesity to reduce the risk for sarcopenia
