IMPACT® Peptide 1.5

IMPACT® Peptide 1.5

Peptide-based immunonutrition designed to promote tolerance in surgery and trauma patients. Contains a proven blend of arginine, fish oil and nucleotides supported by 40+ published RCTs and many real world evidence trials.

  • Only IMPACT® formulas contain a unique studied blend of L-arginine, omega-3 fatty acids and nucleotides*. Given as early enteral nutrition, this blend of immunonutrients supports the immune system and helps reduce rates of infection, length of stay and ventilator days in surgical and critically ill patients.1-3. These immunonutrients have also been found most efficacious for use in major cancer surgery.4
  • Contains immune-modulating ingredients supported for perioperative use by the Critical Care Nutrition Guidelines.5**
  • Shown in a retrospective study to be associated with lower adjusted mean hospital cost/day vs. lower arginine immunonutrition or standard high-protein formula.6
  • Hydrolyzed protein and 50% of fat as MCT helps facilitate absorption, which supports formula tolerance.7
  • High protein and supplemented with L-arginine, zinc and other antioxidants to support wound management.8
