Poster: Occurrence of Side Effects Related to Incretin-Based Therapies

At the 32nd European Congress on Obesity (ECO 2025), results were reported from a new systematic review evaluating the evidence on the occurrence of side effects in greater than 400,000 patients using incretin-based therapies. Within the 72 studies which included RCTs and RWE, adverse events occurred most frequently during the dose escalation phase and were primarily mild or moderate in nature.
